575 Herndon Parkway is a $33 million, 4.8-acre property, located at the landing site of the WMATA Herndon Silver Line station. The site is currently improved by a 135,102 square foot office building primarily occupied by Booz Allen Hamilton. Kiddar Capital plans to hold the site for three to ten years before redeveloping to a potential 906,000 square feet of mixed-use space.


301 West Broad

301 West Broad is a $120 million mixed-use development on 2.57 acres in downtown Falls Church, Virginia. The six-story, 372,488 square foot building features 280+ market-rate apartment units above a 65,000 square foot flagship Harris Teeter and an additional 3,470 square feet of retail space. The development created 300 jobs and added 3% to the Falls Church tax base. 


Broad & Washington

Broad & Washington is a proposed 454,000 square foot mixed-use development on 2.68 acres in downtown Falls Church, Virginia, and the future location of Kiddar Capital’s global headquarters. The project will include 295 residential units, 73,700 square feet of class A office space, and 25,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, including a theater for award-winning performing arts group Creative Cauldron. The development is expected to create 250 to 300 jobs and bring in more than $1.5 million in annual revenue for the city of Falls Church. This project received zoning approval on April 9.


300 West Broad

300 West Broad is a proposed $30 million mixed-use development on 0.72 acres in downtown Falls Church, Virginia. The four-story, 60,000 square foot building will feature a 129-room, 46,000 square foot Hilton Tru over three levels of parking and 6,000 square feet of ground-level retail.
